Female Infertility Tests with body heat

Female Infertility tests can be done with the following methods. During ovulation body heat will reduce than the normal level and regain later. It will be useful to monitor this state for three months to check about it. This test should be done on empty stomach. A thermometer should be used to check the body heat. Though it is normal for the first two weeks, you may find a raise 0.4-0.8 degree than your body heat during ovulation in the third week. It may sustain for few days. Using this timetable as a reference one should have intercourse 12 to 24 hours before the ovulation period. This may help to get conceived without the help of tablets. This will not help for the people who fall into the below categories.

  • Persons with the irregular menstrual cycle.
  • Women who travel a lot.
  • Working in the early morning.
  • Working in late nights.
  • The couple who does intercourse monotonously.

Female Infertility tests with Blood

This test will be conducted after a week of the menstrual cycle to check the level of progesterone in the blood. Ovulation chances are rare without the required amount of progesterone in the blood. Intake of tablets for fertility may change the level, it may happen even without ovulation with the change in hormones. This will increase the chance of getting pregnant if monitored correctly.

Hormonal timetable

Hormonal balance should be noted throughout the mensural cycle for 30 days through blood or urine. This test will help to know the level of hormones and the reason for the obstacle in ovulation. The levels of Estrogen, L H hormone and progesterone should be noted regularly to know the changes in hormone levels. If LH and FSH levels are low, then treatment for pituitary gland will be recommended. If these hormones are high than the normal level, then it is to be understood that there are cysts in the ovaries or there are no eggs in ovaries.

Ultrasounds for Ovaries

Ultrasound rays are sent to the wombs and ovaries to see the growth of eggs. This test needs to be done when the urinary bladder is full to know the exact details of the ovaries. This test will give details about the growth of the egg, identify the growth of cysts and also will watch out for pregnancy.

Female Infertility tests – Thyroid gland

The ovulation can be troubled if the thyroid gland does not work properly. It will reduce the level of eggs from the ovaries.

Chromosome tests

If there is a problem with the chromosomes than the egg cannot be produced in a natural way. This problem can be identified in a regular blood test.

Level of Testosterone

The level of testosterone will be increased during ovary cysts and adrenal gland diseases. If the level of testosterone is correct, there will be no trouble in ovulating. but if it is low or high the process of ovulation will be interrupted. The same can be applicable to prolactin gland (Pituitary). If this hormone secretes excessively, then the ovulation will not happen properly. The functioning of this gland can be identified be identified with the help of an x-ray taken on the back of our head. Excess secretion of pituitary can also lead to eye diseases.
